Best Homes Title was founded in 2006 by Peter Schneiderman and Neil Sherman, both real estate attorneys with Schneiderman & Sherman, P.C. and Steven Rice, Senior Manager of the law firm. Our Chief Operating Officer, Allan Dick; Operations Manager, Dwayne Ruszala; Escrow Manager, Christy Jessop; and Title Manager, Tina Mushkat have served the title community for a combined 75 years in the areas of title resolution, escrow, closing services and underwriting. Mr. Dick currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Land Title Association, as well as chairing the MLTA Education Committee. The team’s vast title experience has allowed Best Homes Title to quickly establish itself as a true industry leader.

In the fall of 2007, Best Homes Title was selected by Fannie Mae as one of four agencies to facilitate Fannie Mae REO Closings throughout the State of Michigan. Best Homes Title is excited about this new partnership that will benefit all of our clients as a result of additional title examination and escrow personnel.
